All orders placed at Abba-Express.com ship from Sacramento California within 2 to 3 business days of your order date will be shipped. Depending on where you live in the US, your package will arrive within 3-10 days of the date it was shipped, with the free shipping option. If you choose to pay for a faster shipping option, your package will arrive sooner.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with Shipping Confirmation and tracking information for your package. Save always this info in screenshot or saved because it can be very useful in lost orders scenarios with shipping companies.
We try and ship as many orders as possible and as fast as possible.
The free shipping option is only available to U.S. addresses in the lower 48 states.
Please email us within 2 days at contact@abba-express.com for return authorization instructions, Then you will have 10 days to send your order back in perfect condition for a refund. All orders are subject to a 20% restocking fee of the shipping back. Ship fees are non-refundable. Please be sure to check the size chart before you place your order.
Unfortunately, we do not facilitate exchanges, because we cannot guarantee that your desired replacement will be available. They sell quickly, patterns and colors change rapidly, making them unique in their own way.
When your inquiry for a return to the previous email we going to ask you the reason why you are making the return and the refund is going to be made until we receive the merchandise back in our warehouse in Sacramento and we check that product/merchandise is in good conditions as we shipped. Then the refund will be made.
Please send us an email to contact@abba-express.com in subject of the email, as appropriate; BROKEN ORDER, DAMAGED ORDER or LOST ORDER, if is broken or with damage please attach some photos of different angles of the product where we can see the evidence of the situation.
Once the evidence photos have been reviewed, the replacement will be free and immediate if we have another unit of the purchased item in stock; otherwise, we will issue a refund, as many products on our site are handmade, and we often do not have many units of the same product or it takes time to restock. Therefore, we will be subject to stock availability to see if we can send you another unit as soon as possible or proceed with a direct refund. Either of these two options will be carried out in constant communication with the customer.
IMPORTANT NOTE to have in consideration before to ask a damaged product situation is that all Abba-Express products are handcrafted, meaning they are not mass-produced, so it is impossible for two pieces to be exactly the same as those in the photo. Each piece will have variations in shape or shade, as well as some completely natural imperfections that occur when making a product by hand, which also makes each one unique even if they are alike. Therefore, we kindly ask that you take this into consideration. For this reason, we will request photos or evidence of the damaged merchandise to see if it is not a natural imperfection of the product in its handcrafted process.
If more than 10 business days have passed and your merchandise has not yet arrived, please write to us at the email mentioned in the subject "LOST ORDER" and include a screenshot of the tracking label you received in your email when you made the purchase so we can file a report with the respective shipping company and try to find out where your order is.
